ABOUT THE ROLE
The Innocap Poland Associate, Accounting and Controls will be responsible for:
- Enter the accounting entries in Poland
- Prepare payment for the Polish entity
- Support the payroll operation in Poland
- Process expense reports including employee reimbursements, business trip settlements
- Support external partner to ensure compliance with Polish regulation
- Represent the Finance function in Poland
- Take part in global tasks and project to further develop finance department
- Communicate important matters to Finance Canada
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Fluent Polish and English
- Graduate and/or professional certification in a business related subject matter (e.g. Finance, Accounting)
- Approximately 3 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting and/or Accounts Payable teams
- Understanding of Polish financial regulations
- Very good task and time management skills
- Good team player who enjoys working in an international environment
- Meticulous and responsible approach (strong work ethos)
- Good skills in Microsoft Office
