Associate Accountant

For one of our leading clients, we are looking for an Associate Accountant who will be responsible for managing and verifying travel expenses based on internal procedures, ensuring that export files are ready and properly loaded into SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration and verification of travel expenses in accordance with internal procedures
• Ensuring readiness of the export file and the load into SAP per company code (after receiving training on SAP)
• Functional support to employees
• Communication with BPO and employees
• Developing in-depth knowledge of issues, needs, and contexts
• Sharing insights, results, and recommendations in a comprehensible manner
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvement
• Support approving, initiating, planning, executing, and closing out projects or initiatives

Competencies:

• Very good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of other foreign language will be an advantage
• Team player and ability to work in a multicultural network
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Knowledge of Concur system will be an asset.

Business Trips (Percentage): not required
