We’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial Associate with strong M&A execution skills and fluency in AI tools. This is a high-impact role—ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic settings, values ownership, and wants to shape how AI is used across our global workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Lead workstreams across live mandates: financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, materials preparation, and investor outreach.
• Interface directly with founders, CEOs, and global investors.
• Take the lead in deploying and training AI tools across the firm, including:
  • Prompt engineering and workflow automation
  • AI-assisted research and document generation
  • Internal training and documentation
• Build and iterate internal processes that improve speed, accuracy, and scale.
• Contribute to firm strategy, internal initiatives, and thought leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, or strategy consulting.
• Strong technical and communication skills – you can own client deliverables independently.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Microsoft Copilot, Excel plugins, etc.) and a strong interest in operationalizing them.
• Comfortable training others and leading AI-related initiatives.
• High attention to detail, structured thinking, and a proactive mindset.
• Full professional fluency in English; other European languages a plus.
