Offer Description

Opole University of Technology, Faculty of Economics and Management – Department of Enterprise Management. This position is a First Stage Researcher (R1) in the field of social sciences, focusing on management and quality studies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in management, quality sciences, economics or finance.
• Experience conducting scientific research in social sciences, particularly finance.
• Research interests aligned with the unit’s profile and readiness to collaborate with research and teaching teams.
• Fluent Polish (native speaker).
• English language proficiency at a communicative level.
• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
