Our Owner/CEO has a track record. He built one VC-funded e-commerce company from its inception to a robust team of 400 employees. Before that, he worked top-tier management consulting, advising clients from over 20 countries on strategy/sales and marketing and operations. He’s also a nice guy and a good boss.

Scope of the Role:

Strategic Assistance: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, involving preparation for meetings, strategic planning sessions, and stakeholder communications.

Operational Support: Manage and streamline operations, administrative tasks, and marketing efforts to enhance organizational efficiency.

Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved across various departments.

Personal Management: This job also includes assisting CEO with his personal tasks for the CEO to optimize efficiency and focus on core business strategies.

Your Profile:

Professional Fluency in English: Very good written and verbal communication skills.

Adaptable & Proactive: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and anticipate needs before they arise.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in a similar role or a background in business administration, management, marketing or related fields is highly advantageous.

Driven by Results: You are detail-oriented, organized, and driven to deliver results that impact the business positively.

Marketing experience is a plus. E-commerce experience is a plus.
