As an Assistant Head Coach:

1. Collaborate with the Head Coach to create excellent customer service in your dedicated store.
2. Coordinate, support, and supervise the team while fostering a great work atmosphere (e.g., recruiting, developing, supporting, co-managing store performance).
3. Implement and enhance operational processes and tools to achieve sales goals, optimize services, improve customer satisfaction, and increase store efficiency.
4. Oversee the operations of departments – stockroom, sales floor.
5. Support the Head Coach in executing Nike Inc. strategies in your store (e.g., sustainability, membership).
6. Provide reports on store activities, local data, customer feedback, and insights.
7. Ensure the store meets all Nike standards and guidelines.
8. Collaborate with business partners in-store and at headquarters.

What we are looking for:

1. A love for sports and passion for Nike.
2. Experience in retail management positions.
3. Good command of English (spoken and written).
4. Experience and skills in customer service and creating exceptional customer experiences.
5. Coaching skills and team development competencies.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Practical knowledge of MS Office.
8. Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends.
