As an Assistant Head Coach:
- Collaborate with the Head Coach to create excellent customer service in your dedicated store.
- Coordinate, support, and supervise the team while fostering a great work atmosphere (e.g., recruiting, developing, supporting, co-managing store performance).
- Implement and enhance operational processes and tools to achieve sales goals, optimize services, improve customer satisfaction, and increase store efficiency.
- Oversee the operations of departments – stockroom, sales floor.
- Support the Head Coach in executing Nike Inc. strategies in your store (e.g., sustainability, membership).
- Provide reports on store activities, local data, customer feedback, and insights.
- Ensure the store meets all Nike standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with business partners in-store and at headquarters.

What we are looking for:
- A love for sports and passion for Nike.
- Experience in retail management positions.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Experience and skills in customer service and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Coaching skills and team development competencies.
- Strong communication skills.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends.
