Department of Methodology and Psychological Assessment
Employment group: teaching
Teaching hours: 360 hours
Duties:
- teaching classes, particularly on psychological diagnosis, psychometrics, and psychological research methods
- teaching a Master’s seminar
- organizing the teaching process
- developing original class curricula
- enhancing academic teaching skills and tools
- organizational work for the Faculty of Psychology and Law in Poznań
Requirements:
- possession of a doctoral degree in social sciences, humanities, or health sciences in the discipline of psychology (awarded no later than January 30, 2026), as well as a Master’s degree diploma in psychology
- teaching experience in one of the following areas: psychological diagnosis, psychometrics, or psychological research methods
- advanced knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
- readiness to teach classes on both weekdays and weekends
- commitment to submit a declaration confirming SWPS University as the primary place of employment
Preferred qualifications:
- possession of scholarly achievements in the discipline of psychology, documented by publications in peer-reviewed journals
- experience in active participation in academic conferences

- a copy of a document confirming the award of a master’s degree in psychology
- a scan of a document confirming the attainment of the doctoral degree in social sciences, humanities or health sciences (or a scan of a statement declaring the planned date of obtaining the aforementioned degree no later than January 30, 2026)
