In this position, remuneration for work includes:
1. basic salary from PLN 6,850 gross to PLN 7,660 gross;; Appendix No. 1 to Order No. 2/2025 of the Rector of the University of Szczecin of 22 January 2025 amending the order on the adoption of the Remuneration Regulations at the University of Szczecin and § 5(5) of Order No. 80/2023 of the Rector of the University of Szczecin of 5 June 2023 on the adoption of the Remuneration Regulations at the University of Szczecin);
2. a functional allowance for persons performing managerial functions or employed in managerial positions (Appendix No. 9 to Order No. 80/2023 of the Rector of the University of Szczecin of 5 June 2023, as amended);
3. seniority allowance ranging from 0% to 20% (Section 16(1) of Order No. 80/2023 of the Rector of the University of Szczecin of 5 June 2023, as amended);
4. additional annual remuneration after meeting the statutory conditions (§ 23 of Order No. 80/2023 of the Rector of the University of Szczecin of 5 June 2023, as amended);
5. jubilee award (§ 22 of Order No. 80/2023 of the Rector of the University of Szczecin of 5 June 2023, as amended)
6. retirement or disability pension (§ 24(1)(2) of Regulation No. 80/2023 of the Rector of the University of Szczecin of 5 June 2023, as amended).
A person employed in this position may, in justified cases, receive:
1. the Rectors award (§ 19 of Order No. 80/2023 of the Rector of the University of Szczecin of 5 June 2023, as amended);
2. a task allowance (§ 17(1) 20 of Order No. 80/2023 of the Rector of the University of Szczecin of 5 June 2023, as amended);
3. project allowance (§ 10(1) of Order No. 80/2023 of the Rector of the University of Szczecin of 5 June 2023, as amended);
4. a 10% increase in basic salary for a period not exceeding 12 months prior to termination of employment due to retirement, after meeting the other conditions (§ 25 of Regulation No. 80/2023 of the Rector of the University of Szczecin of 5 June 2023, as amended).
If financially feasible, the employer may provide the employee with health insurance (basic package).
