Criteria for the assessment of candidates in a competition
Applicants must meet all formal requirements of the competition. The selection committee will evaluate:
The candidates final score awarded by each committee member will be the sum of the points obtained by the candidate in the above areas.
According to § 5, Section 15 of Order No. 27 of the Rector of the University of Warsaw, the competition is won by the candidate who receives the highest number of points, but not less than 60% of the maximum number of points. In the event of a tie, the higher points obtained in the evaluation of scientific achievements will be decisive.

Skills/Qualifications
• Fulfilment of the requirements set out in Article 113 of the Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571, consolidated text)
• PhD in psychology or a related discipline
• Appropriate research competencies and academic achievements in the field of health psychology, particularly research on individuals with physical illnesses, including chronic illnesses
• Documented experience in teaching, including in the areas of health psychology and medical psychology
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
