Location: Katowice (Silesia Region)

Job description:

• Lead data management and analytics projects, including planning, coordinating project teams, overseeing schedules, budgeting, and quality of delivered solutions.
• Provide subject‑matter responsibility for delivering a project layer (business or technical).
• Business development activities: analyze client requirements, prepare technical and business solution proposals, present solutions, and build long‑term client relationships.
• Drive innovation and service‑portfolio growth in data, identifying new technology trends, proposing improvements, and new client solutions.
• Facilitate business workshops, training, and presentations with clients.
• Participate in KPMG marketing and sales activities.
• Co‑lead a team of BI specialists (business analysts, BI developers, data engineers, DevOps). Mentor and share best practices.
• Promote healthy team culture through open communication and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, with at least 2 years delivering projects on Microsoft technologies (Azure, Databricks, Fabric, Power BI).
• Proven ability to lead projects: requirements analysis, solution design, data modeling, architectural recommendations, and project quality oversight.
• Strong communication skills: client and team interactions, presentations, and effective workshops.
• Experience independently leading projects and managing teams of at least 3 members.
• Knowledge of data governance principles (e.g., DAMA).
• Familiarity with data‑management tools such as Microsoft Purview or Collibra is advantageous.
• Preferably experience in consulting, delivering projects for diverse industries, and supporting sales processes.
• Excellent command of English spoken and written.
• Strong organizational skills.
