Your impact:

Leading the Team: Organizing the work of the team, delegating tasks and overseeing progress. Ensuring effective communication within the team.

Team Development: Supporting the development of team members skills, providing training and mentoring. Strive to increase the teams competence in the area of debt collection.

Planning and Monitoring: Develop collection strategies and action plans. Monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies.

Reporting: Prepare reports on collection performance, team effectiveness and other key performance indicators.

Compliance: Ensure that all team activities comply with the organizations laws and policies, especially in the context of debt collection.

Cooperation with Other Departments: Working closely with other departments in the organization, such as the finance department or the customer management area.

REQUIREMENTS

Role responsibilities

• The individual will be responsible for managing agreed process end-to-end including client facing interactions.

• Responsible for mentoring current members, providing them with the necessary guidance they need in order to deliver results.

• Guide, coach and support the development of staff including regular 1-2-1s.

• Responsible for management administration for the team (e.g. annual leave management, compliance etc.).

• Work with the manager and group projects area on any allocated projects.
