What You’ll Be DOING

• Leading and developing a team of employees
• Managing workload across the team
• Building business relations with stakeholders
• Attending stakeholder meetings to discuss performance
• Production of monitoring reports and prompt handling of exception items
• Resolving data quality issues efficiently and accurately
• Ensuring compliance with processes, procedures and SLAs
• Continuous improvement of processes and proposing suggestions
• Developing and maintaining relationships with AXA XL teams both within the immediate office and across AXA XLs branches.
• Undertaking any other duties that the company may reasonably request to be performed

You will report to local Manager.

What You Will BRING

• Experience in people management
• Fluency in English is a must (at least C1 level)
• Fluency in Spanish is a must (at least C1 level)
• Excellent data processing skills
• Compelling problem solving skills
• Computer literate including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used software
• Analytical thinking skills
• Good organizational skills and excellent attention to details
