support ad hoc client project, mapping exercises and technology updates
identify opportunities to improve working practices and share suggestions with Managers and Sr. Managers
support new client transitions and work closely with wider KDN GMS team members in order to ensure that the transition is progressing
review client facing reports and QBRs for accuracy. Chase the local Member Firms whenever data is missing
keep client specific templates and other materials up to date. Create engagement specific process guides whenever there is a gap or change on the process
demonstrate ability to work independently and commitment to delivering exceptional client service by reviewing work products of more junior members of the team and ensuring own work products are of high quality
Wymagania
undergraduate University degree preferred
demonstrate an understanding of immigration processes and common issues; keep informed of current immigration developments, trends, and best practises on a globally level
understand basic and complex application processes
previous experience in global immigration coordination of medium and large clients
data analysis and interpretation skills
highly motivated and problem-solving attitude.
