JTC Poland wasestablished after Citi Trust was acquired by JTC Group on 1 July 2025 and islocated in the heart and centre of Warsaw. As a part of this team, you will beshaping new processes, supporting business growth and driving operationalexcellence.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support our Client Accounting department.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Oversee end to end Client Reporting process – creation and preparation of Financial Statements for Clients.
• Prepare, review, and validate complex financial statements for companies and trusts in line with reporting schedule and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements as per applied accounting standards in various jurisdictions.
• Address detected errors, quality issues, identify long term problems to external vendor responsible for first step of financial statements preparation.
• Prepare and review tailored investment reports (Manually Prepared Reports).
• Liaise daily with other functions within JTC and business partners (Fiduciary Services, Trust Officers, external vendor).
• Prepare and review supporting documentation for internal & external audit purposes.
• Deal with ad-hoc and outstanding queries, resolving complex accounting and reporting.
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with key internal stakeholders to resolve issues detected in the process.
• Implement process enhancements.
• Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in GL accounting or audit / financial reporting is a must – minimum 3 years.
• Good understanding of GL and data reconciliation process.
• Experience in initiating & running projects in the above fields would be an advantage.
• Experience in preparing & reviewing supporting documentation for internal & external audit purposes.
• Excellent written and oral English.
• Proactiveness & multitasking skills.
• University Degree – preferable in Finance, Accounting, Tax or Economy.
