Your main responsibilities:

Depending on the assigned tasks, your role will involve working in either the Accounts Payable or Collections department.

Accounts Payable (AP) Department:

• Processing invoices (PO and NON-PO in the VIM system)

• Handling telephone and email inquiries

Collections Department:

• Managing the debt collection process

• Contacting clients to clarify outstanding payments

• Initiating written and verbal communication to recover receivables

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in the OtC area (collections or customer service) or AP (accounts payable)

• Educational background in finance, accounting, or completion of relevant courses will be an additional asset

• Experience in report preparation

• Good knowledge of Excel

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to tasks
