Oczekujemy
- min. 1 year experience as an Office Assistant/Customer
- Service Specialist/ HR Administrator/Coordinator or in other HR-related roles
- B2+/C1 level in German and min B2 level in English.(both written and spoken)
- excellent communication skills
- basic understanding of labor law and HR best practice is a plus
- strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across
- various divisions
- proactive attitude
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- customer-oriented mindset

Zadania
- act as first level support for any local HR enquires
- oversee on-boarding requirements by processing new starter paperwork, executing the onboarding trigger activities and assisting with relevant internal communications
- supporting the off-boarding process
- assisting with all employee benefits programs
- executing of Work Health and Safety standards at the workplaces
- supporting the recruitment processes
- organizing worldwide trainings for different entities
