What we expect
We are looking for an analytical thinker and a natural problem-solver with a proven track record in the banking sector.
- 3-4 years of progressive experience in the banking sector. Roles like Project Analyst, Data Analyst, or Asset Servicing Specialist are highly relevant;
- highly developed analytical skills. You can interpret complex data, find the root cause of a problem, and propose smart solutions;
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely (both verbally and in writing) to different audiences;
- you thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities;
- comprehensive understanding of various investment instruments (equity, fixed income, asset-backed securities, etc. );
- fluent in Polish and English (required for daily communication);
- a Bachelors degree in a finance-related field (or equivalent practical experience);
- understanding or comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Actions and/or Securities Settlement processes (nice to have).

As a Senior Analyst, you will be a key player in ensuring the teams success. Youll use your technical expertise and analytical mind to drive efficiency and act as a bridge between your team and other departments.
your key responsibilities will include:
- lead & optimize: you will oversee core asset servicing processes (like Corporate Actions or Settlements), ensuring accuracy and actively looking for ways to make them better, faster, and more efficient.
- drive continuous improvement: be the engine for change. Youll identify opportunities to automate, reduce costs, and streamline workflows. Youll help create and implement new, smarter procedures.
- solve complex challenges: Use your analytical skills to investigate and solve complex issues. Youll assess the "big picture" impact of problems and propose effective, fact-based solutions.
