Asset Servicing Junior Analyst (Fund Set-up Team)

The Asset Servicing Junior Analyst (Fund Set-up Team) is a developing role responsible for participating in a variety of fund parametrization activities, creating fund set-ups, and creating fees. The overall objective of this role is to maintain various data tables within multiple accounting and reporting systems based on instructions received from clients or other business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and reporting any gaps and risks in a process followed by the single-handed preparation and implementation of solutions eliminating these gaps
  • Ensure all team procedures are updated, completed and maintained across all Clients and processes; identify ineffective areas within own BAU process and initiate changes – proposing improvement solutions
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including oversight teams, by demonstrating committed inclusion in relevant forums, projects, business developments
  • Timely answering to standard and most of the non-standard queries related to duties performed, adhering to high standards of business correspondence
  • Participation in preparations for internal and external audits
  • Participating in training of new employees

Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in relevant area:
    • Accounting (fund accounting, GL, AP, AR accounting)
    • Corporate actions, fund or securities set-up processing
    • Financial reporting, data analysts
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Detail-oriented and consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Excel – intermediate level
  • Experience with SQL and VBA is a plus but not a must
  • Fluency in English (at least C1 level)
  • Ability to work 10:00 – 18:00
