Overview

The Asset Servicing Intmd Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participating in a variety of fund parametrization activities. The overall objective of this role is to maintain various data tables within multiple accounting and reporting systems based on the instructions received from directly from Clients or other business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of all business connections and relations between teams/divisions within an end-to-end process;


• Ensure all Team procedures are updated, completed and maintained across all Clients and processes;


• Ensure all issues / potential issues are escalated appropriately and in a timely manner;


• Identifying ineffective areas within own BAU process and initiating changes for them – proposing improvement solutions;


• Preparation of escalation forms, which consist of thorough investigation of the issue preparation and implementation of preventive measures;


• Participating in training of new employees


• Acting as an owner of weekly calls with the oversight teams by being responsible for reports preparation and justification of the reported data;


• Performing control functions for tasks being completed by junior members of the team


• Timely answering to standard and most of the non-standard queries related to duties performed, adhering to high standards of business correspondence;


• Participation in preparations for internal and external audits;

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience


• Ability to multitask


• Experience in accounting, finance, or business-related area


• Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in related area


• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication


• Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications


• Details oriented


• Ability to work under time pressure;
