Job Description

The role is placed in the Securities Services Operations Department being part of Operations and Technology. The Asset Servicing Intmd Analyst is responsible for processing Corporate Actions events.

Responsibilities

• Daily investigation of corporate actions events on various types of securities (stocks, bonds, warrants etc.)
• Utilizing data vendors, companies documentation, agent banks and depositories information to research and prepare corporate actions notifications
• Ensuring timeliness and correctness of various types of event notifications provided to Clients
• Client instructions processing and execution on the market
• Interacting with internal teams (New Issues, Settlement, Client Service) on daily bases to proceed with business requirements

Qualifications

• Knowledge of capital market regulation and infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of custody processes
• Strong focus on customer needs, business risk and processes efficiency
• The ability to make decisions, work under time pressure
• Very good work organization, communication skills
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent in Polish and English (in speaking and writing)
