We are partnering with a leading international financial institution to recruit an Asset Service Analyst for their growing Warsaw office. As an Asset Service Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling corporate action events across multiple markets, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and mitigating risk. This is a detail‑oriented role that requires strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring, reconciling, and corresponding on international and UK corporate action events across all entities.
  • Managing and escalating risk associated with open corporate action events.
  • Liaising with internal and external counterparts to ensure timely resolution and appropriate escalation of potential risks.
  • Processing and understanding dividends and coupon payments across multiple markets.
  • Ensuring accurate internal and market bookings for corporate action events.
  • Performing daily reconciliation of stock and cash breaks and managing aged items.
  • Handling SWIFT payment instructions (e.g., MT202, MT599).
  • Managing group mailboxes and ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
  • Supporting client money reviews and ensuring compliance with segregation requirements.
  • Assisting with conversion processes (e.g., DWACs) and navigating systems such as EUCLID.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring

  • Strong ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good knowledge of corporate action processes and practices in key markets (UK, US, and Europe).
  • Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with operations organizations and trade lifecycle.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across the organization.
  • Experience with systems such as SWIFT, CREST, EUCLID, and reconciliation tools (e.g., SunGard IntelliMATCH, XSP/XSPRISA).
