As a part of extending our partnership with Cisco Systems we are currently looking for a professional to take over the role of Ciscos Asset Manager with English. This role plays a key part in enabling Ciscos recurring revenue business by providing clean, accurate data on the equipment that customers purchase from Cisco. Asset managers are encouraged to understand customers hardware and software inventory better than the customers themselves, thereby giving relevant insights, reducing risk, and providing operational excellence. Role & Responsibilities: • Define customers business structure and associated Cisco assets (hardware and software) that will be managed under the service scope. • Prepare reports, lead frequent client calls, participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and conduct on-site visits. • Combine Customer, Network and Ciscos view into an Install Base baseline designating the device quantity, type, location, service coverage and additional asset attributes. • Perform/implement a discovery process on a lifecycle basis of all software and hardware assets purchased, deployed/installed across the network, and establish a validation process with the customer to agree on the ownership and use of the discovered assets. • Provide insights to support customer reconciliation and validate Software and Service Enterprise Agreements Data (if applicable) • Coordinate and assist the customer with their "Smart Account" strategy to centrally organize licenses, devices, and specific license agreements based on business needs. Eligibility & Qualifications • Ability to interpret large raw data sets; conduct data analysis and build comprehensive reports that are in line with customers needs. • A proficient communicator that is assertive and inspires trust in others • Proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organized with outstanding time managements skills • Can-do-attitude and eagerness to provide the best customer service in class • Advanced in Microsoft Excel • Bachelor’s degree/Graduate preferred • At least 3 years of overall customer engagement/service • Fluency in ENGLISH • Occasionally to travel abroad. • Knowledge of the industry, Cisco products and services is a plus.
