Due to the development of our client, an international financial company with an established position on the market, we are looking for people for the position of Asset Management

And perhaps you have experience of consulting, or program and portfolio management?

Your team: You will be working in the Asset Management Middle Office Trade Processing service, providing confirmation and settlement services for Securities and FX trading activity within UBS Asset Management. The Team is responsible for processing asset classes and instruments such as equities, fixed income, FX, TBA’s, Repo’s, money market products and collective funds.  The team, based in Poland, is part of a global function which has presence in London, Krakow, Chicago, Zurich and Singapore. The Team works in close conjunction with Portfolio Manager, Traders, Brokers, Custodians and various global Operations teams.
Your responsibilities: 
Are you detail oriented, even when multitasking? Do you know how to shine in a supporting role? We’re looking for someone like that to help us with:

• managing manual and electronic trade confirmation processes and their associated 
• validating that all Trade Repositories contain complete and accurate records of all trading ensuring the timely and accurate settlement of market facing trade activity

Expectations: 

• 2 to 3 years exposure within a trade processing environment of an asset manager or custodian function (highly desirable)
• an understanding of Global Markets and a wide range of Security Instruments
• a strong risk-awareness mentality and knowledge of global regulations for Asset Managers
• strong written and verbal communication skill
• the ability to multi-task and solve problems
• fluent in English
• adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills
• highly numerate and have excellent PC skills, including excel
• accountable for your actions
• able to work collaboratively within a team
• able to add constructive challenge
• delivery orientated

We can offer: 

• Location: Wroclaw / Kraków
• Hybrid model: 3 days from the office/2 days from home 
• B2B contract 
• Working hours: 9.00-17.00
• Length of the contract: up to 2 years (the end of 2025)
