Asia Business Development Manager – Consumer Electronics
Your responsibilities:
- Developing and Executing Sales Strategies: Tailored plans to unlock growth in the Asian region withing Health & Baby Care Electronics.
- Building Strong Relationships: Cultivate partnerships with Consumer Health Devices distributors and e-commerce partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Launching Products: Ensure seamless market entry for new products (Health Monitoring Appliances) with optimal strategies.
- Analyzing Market Trends: Stay ahead of competitors by understanding customer needs and emerging opportunities.
- Driving Results: Achieve ambitious sales goals by monitoring and optimizing performance metrics.
- Representing the Brand: Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to boost visibility.
We require:
- Experience: At least 3 years in sales management roles focused on Asian markets, preferably in healthcare or consumer goods.
- Network: A robust network of distributors and partners in the region is essential.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage high-value clients, negotiate complex deals, and analyze market trends.
- Languages: English proficiency is a must; knowledge of any Asian language is a plus; no Polish needed.
- Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or sales certifications are a bonus.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to travel extensively within Asia.
- Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of diverse cultural and business practices in the region.
