Key Responsibilities

1. Develop software applications being involved in all the project phases.
2. Development of features for new software or existing solutions.
3. Maintain, improve and provide support for the features developed.

Required Technical Skills

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the AS400 platform.

Technical and Soft Skills

• You speak English (oral and written) fluently - mandatory.
• You show the ability to encourage communication and collaboration between team members in order to meet the objectives.
• You ensure that the results meet the quality standards.
• You have attention to detail and very good analytical qualities.
• You are described as self-driven & autonomous, self-motivated, able to suggest ideas and show initiatives.
• You proved you work simultaneously with several activities in different stages.
• You are experienced and you enjoy working in a changing environment.
• You are pragmatic, with a positive attitude.
• You are customer oriented.

Recruitment Process

1. Talk with Zofia - Overview of the company, projects, and our cooperation.
2. Technical check - 45 min talk regarding the technology and overall knowledge of AS400.
3. Interview with Mike - Final meeting with our board member who is still working with the team till this day.
