We seek an experienced and dynamic Artwork Hub Lead to join our newly established centralized Artwork Hub for Europe and MEA to build, manage, and lead a diverse team responsible for delivering end-to-end production artwork at Haleon. Your role will be crucial in driving artwork performance, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing artwork strategy in alignment with global business needs. You will own the artwork delivery process, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and oversee internal and external artwork accounts, ensuring projects meet Haleon’s high-quality standards.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Build and lead a global team of leaders and operators to deliver end-to-end production artwork successfully.
  2. Make critical decisions on capacity and prioritize artwork delivery across the Center of Excellence team and Business Units (BUs).
  3. Own and manage artwork KPIs, reporting to senior stakeholders, and providing escalations where necessary.
  4. Ensure all deliverables meet Haleon’s quality standards and timelines while identifying risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
  5. Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain functions.
  6. Lead the creation of proposals for global projects or programs related to artwork execution and dependent processes.
  7. Represent Haleon in external artwork forums and drive best-in-class artwork execution strategies.
  8. Develop and oversee a fit-for-purpose artwork execution strategy, managing internal and external artwork accounts, including studios and contract manufacturers.
  9. Act as the key point of contact in the supply chain for artwork design execution.
  10. Drive procedural and service enhancements in collaboration with BUs and global teams.
  11. Implement and embed best practices, ensuring continuous improvement in artwork delivery.
  12. Drive cross-functional collaboration to meet Haleon’s artwork and supply chain objectives.

Role Requirements:

  1. Minimum 15 years of business experience.
  2. Proven expertise in artwork management, with leadership experience in managing global teams and engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
  3. Experience in 3 or more of the following areas: artwork coordination, packaging design, external studios, printers, logistics, manufacturing, GxP processes, or FMCG/supply operations.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes and drive improvements across a large organization.
  6. Bachelors degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  8. Knowledge of E2E supply chain practices (APICS certification preferred).
  9. Demonstrated ability to manage complex processes and drive improvements across a large organization.
