- Job Title: Art Director / Designer
- Location: Warsaw (Praga Północ) – hybrid; 2 days per month in office, remote otherwise
- Department: Creative
- Reports to: Creative Director
Your Role in a Nutshell
Responsible for crafting a wide range of digital, static, motion, and AI‑generated assets from concept to delivery, aligned with media plans.
Your Scope & Impact
- Develop high‑quality visual content for social, digital, and integrated media campaigns.
- Create engaging motion graphics, short video edits, and animations.
- Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with fresh formats.
- Contribute to creative reviews, brainstorming, and cultural trend research.
Qualifications
- Junior: 1–3 years experience in agency or in‑house creative setting.
- Mid‑Level: 3–5 years experience.
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; experience with Figma is an advantage.
- Ability to produce assets that adhere to platform best practices.
- Understanding of storytelling and audience engagement.
- Curiosity & hands‑on experience with AI‑powered creative tools.
- Interest in culture, interior design, and the creative industry.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
