We are seeking an Ariba Senior Architect to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge procurement solutions. It requires working closely with both the procurement and IT departments and reporting to the Principal System Engineer (Procurement Systems). The aim is to refine buying processes and align them with broader procurement strategies.

Your tasks

• Develop and deploy solutions for indirect procurement using SAP Guided Buying, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience
• Integrate Guided Buying with SAP Procurement to optimize procurement processes and boost efficiency across different business units
• Leverage experience with SLP/Onboarding processes to drive process improvements
• Utilize expertise in the Sourcing module to enhance user experience with Guided Buying solutions for Rfx events
• Customize or integrate SAP modules to support indirect procurement functions, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management
• Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and feedback, ensuring the procurement systems align with organizational needs and improve user satisfaction
• Document all developments thoroughly and provide detailed user training to maximize the effectiveness of the procurement systems

Wymagania:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, with minimum 6 years of experience in technology solutions, architecture, and consulting
• Extensive experience with SAP Procurement and Ariba solutions, including SLP, Guided Buying, and Contracting
• SAP certification is preferred, along with a deep understanding of procurement processes and technology solutions
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions across all levels of an organization
• Good English skills
