Job Title
Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Poland South-East (e.g., working from Krakow/Poland)
Responsibilities
- Act as the face of the Pollmeier brand and the first point of contact for customers in a defined sales territory.
- Network to manage, expand, and further develop the existing sales territory.
- Win over customers primarily in personal on‑site meetings, while also maintaining contact using digital tools.
- Continuously expand the customer base through the acquisition of new clients.
- Identify and awaken customer needs and thereby create long‑term relationships to the benefit of end users.
- Coordinate the involvement of specialists who support you in sales situations as needed.
- Work closely with the internal sales team and sales management to achieve agreed sales targets and successfully market our products.
Qualifications
- Permanent residence in the mentioned sales region.
- Experience in field sales in the furniture or cabinet manufacturing sector and/or within the timber industry.
- Love selling and engaging with customers.
- Enjoy responsibility for your own success.
- Independent and proactive work style, go the extra mile to achieve goals.
- Strong emotional connection to wood as a material, which helps you inspire customers.
- Enjoy regular travel within sales area and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Speak Polish as native and have good language skills in English or German.
