Area Sales Manager - Outdoor Public Lighting

Your responsibilities
- Understanding of Outdoor Public Lighting (OPL) sector drivers and opportunities in order to develop strategies and tactics to achieve profitable growth.
- You will be developing and implementing professional account plans for key customers in line with guidance from Sales Manager.
- Effectively selecting and managing key projects to achieve high levels of profitable project conversions.
- You will be build and maintain a broad mix of key account types including Local Authorities, Highways Agency, Outdoor Lighting Consultants and Installing Contractors specializing in Public Lighting, Landscape Architects.
- Developing broad based personal contacts in key accounts and projects to facilitate effective sales & business development.
- Take ownership of the personal sales budget and deliver specifications, sales, margin, mix and conversion results in line with agreed objectives.
Our requirements
- You have an understanding of the lighting, construction or building services sector with relevant experience in a sales role and technical background.
- Proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships and strong commercial mind-set.
- You are a great communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Natural relationship building skills which will help you to work closely with colleagues and ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do.
- You have the ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and encounter challenges with a positive attitude.
- You have a curious mind with a desire for continuous improvement and development.
- You have a high level of computer skills (MS Office, SAP) and full professional proficiency in Polish and very good English skills.
