Responsibilities:

• Establishment and development of the hand implant business in Poland from scratch, focusing on market entry strategies and sales growth.
• Identification and development of a network of key opinion leaders in the surgical field to increase brand awareness and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Supporting surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures to ensure that implants are well inserted and the best clinical outcomes are achieved.
• Analyzing the Polish market, identifying opportunities and challenges, and developing appropriate sales strategies.
• Working closely with internal teams (marketing, R&D) and external partners to optimize product solutions and meet market requirements.
• Conducting training for surgeons and distributors to strengthen expertise in hand implants and support the introduction of new products.

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of international business or a comparable specialization.
• Several years of experience in the field of medical technology, ideally with a focus on implants or orthopaedics in direct sales in Poland.
• Knowledge of the Polish healthcare system and surgery.
• Ability to think strategically as well as be operationally active with a strong customer focus.
• Willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally to Germany for training and meetings.
• Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of German is desirable.
