To strengthen our Sales Team in Poland, we are looking for a full-time

Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Southeast Poland

e.g. working from Krakow/Poland

What you will be responsible for:

  • As Area Sales Manager, you are the face of the Pollmeier brandand the first point of contact for your customers in a defined sales territory
  • You are anetworkerready to manage, expand, and further develop our existing sales territory
  • You win over your customers preferably inpersonal meetings on-site, while also maintaining contact using digital tools
  • You continuously expand the customer base through theacquisition of new clients
  • You identify and awaken customer needs and thereby createlong-term relationshipsto the benefit of end users
  • You coordinate the involvement ofspecialistswho support you in sales situations as needed
  • You work closely with the internal sales team and sales management to achieve agreed sales targets and successfully market our products

What we are looking for:

You are permanently based in the sales region mentioned above.

You bring experience in field sales in the furniture or cabinet manufacturing sector and/or within the timber industry

  • Youlove sellingandengaging with customers
  • You enjoy beingresponsible for your own success
  • You are characterized by anindependent and proactive work styleand go the extra mile to achieve your goals
  • You have a strongemotional connection to woodas a material, which helps you inspire customers
  • You enjoy traveling regularly within your sales area and hold a valid driver’s license
  • You speak Polish as a native language and have good language skills in English or German
