Job Description:

For our sales team in Poland, we are looking for your support as an Area Sales Manager Electro and Kitchen Retail (m/f/d) – South/East Poland .

Responsibilities

• Active care and support of B2B customers in the electro-retail and kitchen-retail business in south/east Poland
• Coordination, liaison, and support of the responsible sales area
• Assessment, selection, and development of distribution partners
• Contribution of market-specific feedback, analysis, and continual improvement of existing business activity
• Technical product training and product placement with the distribution partners
• Cooperation in the review of regional marketing concepts

Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial and/or technical education
• Several years of experience in Sales, ideally in the area of MDA
• Polish as native language; basic communication skills in English is an advantage
• Assertive individual with strong negotiation and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills and multi-cultural competence
• Willingness to travel frequently for business, including overnight stays
• Driving license
• Able to work mobile and independently in a structured manner
