We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand our global market presence, and exceed sales targets. As a key player in our team, you will be instrumental in promoting our world-class services and products, building strong custiomer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across diverse markets. You will work closely with our technical experts to ensure our clients expectations are met and exceeded while upholding our brand’s core values.

Position: Area Sales Manager

Location: Office-based work in Gdańsk with business trips

Contract: B2B or employment contract


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales of service and products from major manufacturers in the marine industry
  • Establishing strong business relationships within assigned territories
  • Growing global business markets strategies
  • Developing personal action plans
  • Building, implementing, and monitoring long-term sales plans
  • Participation in international trade fairs and meetings
  • Generating and converting sales leads
  • Managing opportunities within CRM pipeline


Requirements:


  • B2B sales experience on industrial markets
  • Proven track-record of achieving revenue targets, developing new markets, and maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction
  • English proficiency both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and shifitng internal priorities
  • Ability to work independently and proacively identify and pursue sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple task and sales projects effectively


Nice to have:


  • Knowledge and experience in the maritime or yachting industry
  • Higher education in technical and/or commercial fields
