Area Sales Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the development of Amplifons position in a region of ~ 20 stores
  • Conduct market analysis (including competition), set monthly and annual targets, and execute Go to Market strategy by increasing sales in existing stores
  • Establish and optimize all KPIs and lead the team to achieve ambitious goals
  • Develop sales action plans to facilitate the achievement of targets
  • Managing the Team and its performance
  • Support and develop regional marketing initiatives with the marketing team
  • Suggesting new store openings and relocations and other business development opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company administrative procedures, including budget management
  • Participate in interviews and recruitment processes for new employees

Our requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in a sales management position (retail sales will be an advantage)
  • Masters or Bachelors degree (economics will be an added advantage)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Power Point
  • English at the min. B2 level
  • Cat B driving license
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, empathy and the ability to engage and inspire the team
  • Ability to deal with stressful situations
  • Goal orientation
  • Independence in organizing work and ability to plan and make quick decisions
  • Using best practices, sharing ideas, putting team members ideas into practice
  • Readiness for business trips
