We have recently expanded with a new office in Poland and are now looking for talented sales professionals to join the Hallgruppen sp. z o.o. team. Are you independent, passionate about sales, and skilled at building strong customer relationships? We are seeking experienced and dedicated sales representatives with a background in our industry.

As a Sales Representative at Hallgruppen, your primary responsibilities will include promoting the company, nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers, exploring untapped markets, and selling temporary structures. Our customers range from small businesses to large corporations, each with unique needs. You will play a key role in identifying customer requirements and delivering the best possible solutions.

Responsibilities

Selling structures, temporary buildings, and storage solutions
Initiating contact and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
Preparing and following up on quotations
Collaborating with other departments in planning and executing projects
Conducting inspections during quotation preparation, project initiation, and completion
Contributing to the development of our products and solutions
Participating in trade fairs and exhibitions
Traveling occasionally for trade shows, customer visits, and project monitoring

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales in the Polish market
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the temporary buildings and/or structures industry in Poland
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid overall IT skills
A proactive and ambitious salesperson who identifies opportunities and delivers solutions
Customer-focused with a keen awareness of market trends
Goal-oriented and results-driven
Works effectively both independently and within a team
Well-organized and structured
