Area Sales Director (DACH)

Your responsibilities
- coordinating sales strategies on appointed international markets (DACH),
- managing a team on appointed markets,
- maintaining strong business relations with existing customers and searching for new potential customers,
- meeting sales targets in respective countries,
- visiting customers to present our products and performing trainings,
- preparing professional offers and managing business negotiations,
- representing our company at trade fairs,
- developing sales reports and analysis.
Our requirements
- higher education,
- minimum 3 years of work experience in international sales in B2B sector,
- team management skills,
- fluency in spoken and written German (compulsory requirement). Knowledge of English will be an asset,
- proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point),
- great organizational and communication skills,
- analytical skills,
- readiness for frequent international travel,
- driving license.
