Responsibilities

- Be a true ambassador of Burger King and AmRest’s values – leading by example and creating a positive, engaging work environment.
Requirements for Candidate
- 3 – 5 years of experience in multi‑unit restaurant operations or retail.
- Strong leadership skills at various levels, as well as strategic planning and project management abilities.
- Results‑oriented mindset and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make operational decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- People‑oriented mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships and foster team collaboration.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Driver’s license.
