Architekt - Koordynator

Your responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating the work of the multibranch experts’ team within the project
• Reviewing and supervising the quality and consistency of architectural documentation and
• Ensuring high-quality of design solutions based on input from the multibranch expert’s team
• Ensuring compliance of the project deliverables with Investor’s requirements
• Preparing and presenting technical reports, schemes, analyses and briefings
• Overlooking the development of design guidelines, quality standards, and material solution
• Participating in coordination meetings and reporting project progress
• Support monitoring fulfillment of contractual obligations by the Contractor
• Representing the Investor in communication with the Contractor

Our requirements

• Engineering background – Minimum master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in office / mixed-use building projects, design and construction
• Experience in reviewing and verification of documentation regarding design and implementation of the investment
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, support, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams proactive task management
• Practical knowledge of applicable software, at least: BIM (Revit) and Cad environment.
• Experience in green building design and certification (BREEAM, LEED, or equivalent).
• Fluency in spoken and written English (min C1 level) – required experience in working in an international environment;
• Analytical thinking, a high sense of responsibility, and a professional approach to teamwork.
• Working min. 3 days a week from the office in the Warsaw city centre next to metro station.

We are looking for an experienced Architect / Coordinator to join our consulting and engineering team, supervising a large-scale (more than 70.000m2) office building project for the international Client based in Warsaw.

The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of the multibranch experts team and supporting the Investor throughout the design and construction process.
