• The dynamically growing Agile & Atlassian team operates in two areas: agility in its broadest sense and the Atlassian Stack ecosystem. Our team currently comprises over 100 dedicated specialists and has successfully completed dozens of projects.
• As an Atlassian Platinum Partner, we comprehensively support our clients in implementing Atlassian Platform products by implementing and automating business processes, maintaining and optimizing Atlassian tools, providing training, and licensing. We implement projects based on both on-premise and cloud versions.
• We are looking for an Atlassian Architect to join our team – a strategic, technically skilled professional who can combine hands-on expertise with leadership and consulting capabilities. In this role, you will take ownership of designing, delivering, and optimizing Atlassian-based solutions that meet the highest implementation standards.

• Deliver high-quality, scalable Atlassian Cloud solutions that meet client needs and follow best practices
• Lead and coordinate project teams as a Technical Lead, ensuring smooth collaboration and on-time delivery
• Solve complex technical and architectural challenges within the Atlassian ecosystem
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on Atlassian platform development, integrations, and process improvements
• Support presales activities by designing solution architectures, contributing to proposals, and recommending the right technologies
• Participate in marketing and community initiatives, such as webinars, conferences, and industry events
• Improve team processes (e.g., onboarding, resource planning) to boost collaboration and efficiency
• Mentor team members and support their growth through training and knowledge sharing
• Analyze client environments and suggest innovative solutions to enhance their workflows

• Strong technical background and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence, and related products)
• Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, system integration, and process optimization
• Skilled to translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in consulting, presales, or client advisory roles is a strong plus
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work both strategically and operationally
• Very good communication skills in both English and Polish
• Residing in Poland required
