Role

We are looking for a Arabic VIP Sports manager who will be responsible for managing and improving the experience of VIPs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Arabic both written and spoken
• Deep knowledge and experience in Sports Book
• Proactive person with good support / sales skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

• Being able to search and find solutions to customers’ issues
• Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs
• Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting
• Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
• Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage
• Hours must be worked during shift business hours
