Description Overview

Perrigo is bringing an exciting new proposition to the Warsaw market and we would love to hear from experienced C2C/AR Team Leads. Help us lay the foundations of our new Business Services Centre based in Mokotów.

Scope of the Role

• Lead a team of accountants and senior accountants providing AR-related services to PBS Poland internal and external customers.
• Provide quality service to stakeholders, ensuring proper customer credit management, correct cash application, timely and accurate billing and invoicing, effective cash collection and dispute management.
• Manage bad debt provisions and apply relevant controls to meet SLA targets for the team.
• Adopt standard processes and pursue efficiencies within the team and area of responsibility.
• Interact with internal and external auditors, customers, finance business partners and other stakeholders.
• Daily management of team resources; support the C2C Tower Lead in team development, career planning, and recruitment of employees.
• Ensure adherence to the closing calendar for period-end C2C close and manage escalations.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Shared Services environment, including at least 2 years as an AR Team Lead.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Controlling or Accounting.
• Experience leading teams of five or more employees and growing their talent.
• Knowledge of Finance in general and Accounts Receivable in particular.
• SAP Finance experience.
• Practical experience managing operations’ performance (SLAs, KPIs).
• Hands‑on experience with Shared Services transition – a plus.
• Fluent in English; Polish and additional European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish) are an asset.
• Practical knowledge of internal controls (SOX) – a plus.
