Are you a well-organized German and English speaker? Do you have a background in finance and want to develop in a corporate environment? As a Senior Technical Accounting Administrator, youll become a part of our Commercial Risk department and facilitate finance activities by matching incoming payments to outstanding invoices and to the proper account for entry.

Our office is located in Cracow, and we are open to a hybrid working model.

What the day will look like

The responsibilities include back-office operations such as:

1. Checking information received from insurers against the information held on the system records
2. Performing calculations using available information in the system
3. Analyzing booking differences, brokerage and commission differences, clarification of premium amounts, reconciliation, and collection
4. Working closely with local teams to ensure timely work completion
5. Cooperating closely with the team coordinator and making sure all service level agreements are met
6. Suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentation needed to support effective service delivery
7. Transitioning a processing scope into a newly built team located in Krakow, Poland
8. Developing, tracking, and reporting metrics/performance on various business situations/projects

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

1. English and German – at least on a B2 level
2. Experience in AP/AR/finance area
3. Ability to analyze data and check its accuracy
4. Good communication skills with client focus
5. Able to prioritize tasks according to volumes
6. Flexibility and openness to new challenges and tasks
7. Willingness to improve and automate work
8. Experience in Finance or Accounting would be a strong asset
