Responsibilities

You will be responsible for executing the credits/collections process, ensuring accurate and timely payments. You will identify accounts that may present a business credit risk and contact customers by phone or email to determine reasons for overdue payments, review sales, services, or credit contract terms.

Main activities include:

1. Managing all aspects of collection and credit extensions for a specific customer portfolio.
2. Communicating with customers regularly via phone and email regarding collection matters.
3. Determining reasons for overdue payments and issuing collection letters to non-compliant customers.
4. Reviewing financial terms in sales contracts and customer credit conditions.
5. Identifying payment issues caused by disputed deliveries, returns, or credits that may lead to delinquent balances.
6. Identifying accounts that may pose a business credit risk or require a credit hold.
7. Recording and maintaining customer financial information and documenting collection efforts.
8. Communicating with sales representatives about customer and contract status.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who:

• Fluently communicate in English.
• Possess a strong sense of accountability, customer focus, and goal orientation.
• Have some professional experience in a multinational company and outsourcing services environment.
