Responsibilities
- Telephone contact in Spanish (responding to phone calls, e-mails, and queries from the clients)
- Perform cash collection activities – chasing customers, managing open items
- Supporting AR team with payment methods maintaining
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly regular financial reports
- Ongoing e-mail communication in Spanish and English
- Collaborating with other teams and internal customers
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in working with clients (in AR or another F&A domain)
- Good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Highly developed, self-organization
