Responsibilities

1. Control and register incoming payments;
2. Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable, bank accounts, and subsequent accounts;
3. Telephone and e-mail contact with the customer on verification of his receivables;
4. Work closely with the customer service department across Germany to serve our customers in the best possible way;
5. Reconciliation of inter-company balances;
6. Producing weekly, monthly financial and management reports.
