Obowiązki

• Handling transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Ensuring accurate credit control.
• Processing and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Conducting regular account reviews.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients to assist in settling overdue payments.
• Ongoing collaboration with internal and external clients to provide the highest quality service.
• Processing reserves as part of the month-end closing process.
• Supporting the financial audit process.

Wymagania

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international customer service (telephone and email contact).
• Higher education.
• English proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel).
• Interest in accounting and willingness to develop in this field.
• Knowledge of Italian will be an additional asset.
• Knowledge of OTC accounting processes and experience in this area will be an advantage.
• Experience working with the SAP system will be an additional asset.
