About the role

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
• Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone and email
• Prepare analysis related to AR for management to gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing
• Support other accounting and finance team members, as well as sales agents in their efforts to clear overdue balances
• Perform month end close related tasks and activities

Qualifications

• English language level - advanced
• Prior experience in Finance is preferred
• Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting and bookkeeping
• Prior experience with solutions such as Oracle, and Salesforce is considered an advantage
• Good analytical, communication and computer skills (knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook)
