Responsibilities
- Analyze current QA processes, tools, practices, and team capabilities and suggest further improvements
- Leading and mentoring QA team: developing skills, building effective processes, using the right tools, and creating a collaborative environment
- Manage and track product quality, and suggest improvement solutions
- Development and support of test automation processes, creation of new and support of current autotests
- Analyzing and monitoring test results and developing recommendations for quality improvement
- Working closely with Product Manager, Team Leads, DevOps, developers and support
- Regular communication with the support team to sort out user feedback
- Maintaining and updating test documentation and tools

In-game Skin
- 5+ years of experience in QA, including 2+ years in a leadership role as a AQA Lead or similar role in web application environments
- Experience with end-to-end test reporting tools, failure RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Python-based), including Python, Pytest, Playwright
- Ability to analyze test reports and identify areas for improvement
- Understanding of CI/CD processes
- Ability to analyze requirements, specifications and technical documentation
- Prioritization of bringing Product value over Engineering perfection
- Proactive, self-driven, excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze requirements, specifications, and technical documentation
