The AppV Architect - Transformation will lead the design, engineering and rollout of enterprise workplace environments for AppV and MSIX. This role requires strong expertise in modern endpoint management, automation, cloud-native workplace services and security. The architect defines technical architectures, drives implementation and ensures operational excellence across global platforms.

Responsibilitites:

• Define target-state architecture and design (HLD/LLD) for AppV transformation

• Architect solutions with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune + SCCM), AppV and MSIX

• Ensure Zero Trust alignment with conditional access, device compliance and identity protection

• Assess current application delivery and identify apps for virtualization

• Design and deploy AppV infrastructure, servers, publishing and reporting

• Integrate with SCCM, Citrix, VMware and other platforms

• Define packaging standards (AppV Sequencer / MSIX) and automation for deployment

• Oversee pilot, testing, QA and production rollout

• Ensure security, compliance, high availability and disaster recovery strategies

• Provide documentation, training and knowledge transfer

• Monitor performance, gather feedback and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in AppV & MSIX Repackaging

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, SCCM)

• Experience with Windows Autopilot, Azure AD Join, Hybrid Join

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 integration & security

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English & German
